Various Mapping Issues(Camera Interpolation Problems)

So i've been working on a map addon for Hideous Destructor, but i'm starting to have problems with the more advanced GZDoom features, here. The first problem is camera interpolation.



As you can see, there's a winding path with camera interpolations and a moving camera. It all works, and GZDB shows this. Except for the first connection after the first interpolation points. It's not working, and is shown as such with the red line. It simply skips the point altogether. It shouldn't be doing this, as i'm certain I set the things up properly.







Unsure how to fix this.

The second problem is making a properly translucent half-visible deep water sector. My fiddling has caused it to either be a plain texture-less color, or solid texture, neither of which is what I want.





Could use help here.

EDIT: I managed to fix the deep water problem on my end, in fact. Still unsure how to fix camera tho.
