I don't know is this is the right sub to propose this, but this is a non-specific request for mapping programs such as doom builder.
I was wondering if it was possible to add an image set to an in-editor scale for mapping.
I like to hand-draw in pen alot. And I have been wishing for awhile I could just scan the maps I sketch in. Obviously that would be more work but if I could just import the image as a background for the editing view I could trace it by hand once there. does that make sense?

Doom Builder's has this since, like, 2 I think. It's in grid settings.

Not really.Drake Raider wrote:... does that make sense?
Do you want to take a screenshot of the map for later pencil work
- use F10 (everything) or Ctl+F10 (just the map)
Spoiler:If the latter I don't quite see how you pencil that in.

I think it is the latter.
That way I can sketch a map out when at work, and then build it when I have access later. Never noticed that feature thought. Thank you!
