That was easily remedied by giving the Archvile some breathing room. And you already knew about the "sound channel" to wake up the Archvile.
Spoiler:The other problem was with the teleport pads which had those low ceilings. Just use the unused linedefs to trigger a rising ceiling.
Spoiler:I incorporated those changes into your MAP02, but the teleport destinations still need more work, depending on how you want the player to progress
