No-sound sector?

No-sound sector?

Hi there.

Just wondering: is there a way to set a sector so it does not 'propagate' sounds? I mean, shooting inside it would not alert monsters within the same sector.

Check out action specials 130 and 173, how they affect monsters.
Example pwads are given.
