Been working on a level for a while now and suddenly the F_Sky1 displays a blue Sky with the words Sky,Maybe displayed within it. Was wondering how to revert back and why it has happened? When in actual test mode the sky is simply the transparent background like which sprites use. Only change i can remeber is I have switched from Zandronum to ZDoom as the exe to test the map...?
Thanks in advance!

Re: Sky,Maybe?
I think "Sky,Maybe" is the standard message for "No sky texture found" in ZDoom.
Re: Sky,Maybe?
Ok so why would it not be able to find the sky texture now? Its just suddenly happened
Re: Sky,Maybe?
How have you defined the sky for your map?
MAPINFO? ZMAPINFO? Something else?

Re: Sky,Maybe?
Ive never touched it so it should be by default? Should i add something into MAPINFO that will resolve the problem?

Re: Sky,Maybe?
Let me use this sky for the example
Spoiler:Bring it into your map with Slade3, between TX_ markers
Spoiler:Then set it in MAPINFO
Spoiler:What it looks like in-game
Spoiler:Play around with the size of the image to see how it is affecting the sky in-game.
Re: Sky,Maybe?
You are a hero, thank you. One more question though, lol. Is it possible to make the image not loop when turning in a full
Circle? See a huge straight line which just makes it look crappy

Re: Sky,Maybe?
Could be because your texture does not tile well. When using a texture as a sky, it is wrapped around the world.
You could make a skybox and only assign one line with that texture (North, for example), but then the other sides won't have a sky.
Could you post your texture?
