If anybody here has ever played The Suffering and The Suffering 2: Ties That Bind, they will no doubt remember the incredibly creative and creepy bestiary pages that could be unlocked by finding pages throughout the games world.
I would like something similar for my game. The idea is to have a bestiary, which looks like a book of demonology. Turning the pages reveals monsters that have been faced and their descriptions are both written and narrated at the same time by the games hero. (A demonologist). I can easily record the lines that is of no issue. But how to make such a bestiary??
Thanks in advance.

This could be easily done with strife dialogue. Pretty easily. Check my WoS, it includes journal with something pretty similar to what you want.
