Zscript Instant attack dodging?

Is there a way to cause an attack or projectile to pass through an actor after a check is passed? Looking to make an instant dodging effect upon contact with a damaging source.

I know special code exists for projectiles like bloodscourge but I'm looking for something that has compatibility with almost anything. Also not sure if hitscan is possible due to its nature.
