Check\get value of custom DamageFactor?

Check\get value of custom DamageFactor?

Lets say that a some actor with DamageFactor "Ice", X uses a some item that check user's value of his DamageFactor to "Ice" and if it returns 0 then item use fails, otherwise this item do something.
Is it possible to perform the such check?

I've already know about APROP_DamageFactor, but unfortunately this property responds only for generic DamageFactor aka "Normal".
