Looks like it'll get more of a tease before an E3 reveal.

Romero Games is the John we're familiar with, his family, and a small team in Ireland. No, not that Ireland. The other one.

Paradox is best known for grognard-y map strategy games like Crusader Kings, Cities Skylines, the recent Battletech game, the upcoming Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines 2, and an all-consuming life-ruining addiction to DLC.

It'll be interesting to see what comes of this - John's wife Brenda has worked on turn-based strategy games like Jagged Alliance, so they're not entering this genre completely blind, but it's been a long time between drinks for ol' John and big "core" games - a lot of his output in recent memory has either been in the casual space, or never reached shelves due to one set of circumstances or another.
