The day this update happened was a nightmare for the repair shop I work for. Many of our business clients' productivity came to a screeching halt, and I'm fairly certain it amounted to tens (if not hundreds) of thousands of dollars in damages in our town alone.

We have a dedicated install image for 1809 that we use exclusively now, just to make absolutely sure, 1803 doesn't happen by accident.
