This hasn't actually been rejected, they will merely alter the law and then vote on it again in a couple of months. Considering that the law just barely got rejected this time it seems unlikely they won't be able to get it to pass with a small tweak.

Well I don't know if I had put the bucket on if I had seen the part where it said the vote wasn't actually final and that they intend to vote on it again anyway in a couple of months. I thought the law had simply been rejected, but it turns out that isn't the case.

We will see what happens in september, but in the meantime I am going back into pessimism mode.
