The plasma gun-sound is somewhat true. To be honest, I enjoyed Commander Keen's neural stunner PC speaker shooting sound a lot more. The "musical" shooting sound was pretty common at Apogee-ID games, as well as "musical" deaths. To this day, I detest AdLib sounds for Commander Keen games. PC speaker sounds are MUCH better!

But actually, Switzerland does have coasts. The Constance Lake (Bodensee), the Lake Maggiore (Lago Verbiano), Lake Lugano (Lago di Ceresio), and Lake Geneva (Lac Léman), to only list the biggest, are international lakes with a Swiss coast while the other coasts belong to Germany, Austria, Italy, or France.
