I never even noticed the bobbing until you guys mentioned it... it seems a lot faster and "sharper", but more irregular and less intense. Actually feels like someone moving over rough terrain and looking around...

Re: aging PC, so many things have been out of reach since I swore off Windows on my own personal machines that I'm just gonna satisfy with other people being happy to play this >_>

I think for slow, "walking simulator" speeds, bobbing is easy to get right and feels natural, like as if you're holding the camera and recording it yourself. Just a simple oscillating roll, combined with the typical Doom-style up-down bounce, and you're good to go.
