I'm still not into the genre, BUT Jazz Jackrabbit and Xargon both change up the Mario/Sonic/Megaman formulae enough to be interesting, so thanks!

This is probably the complaint of many (especially if you're older):

WHY do so many games of the past roughly twenty years insist on switching or changing the A and B buttons?!?!?! Sure, some games allow you to reconfigure them, but not all! And believe me, I've TRIED to recondition myself, but so much gaming with the standard setup over the years has made such a change impossible!
