Bad North over at Epic. I had a funny post, but it vanished and I don't know why.

This week's Fwiggin' Epic Fweebie is Bad North: Jotuun Edition. I played this briefly when I hopped on that $1 Game Pass deal. Ain't bad.
Planet Explorers was made free back in June after a bad case of the code-deletions rendered the multiplayer side of the game effectively dead.

Over at Steam, Zombie Driver HD is free for another day or so to mark the 10th anniversary of the developer.

Re: The "Fresh Free Game Deals" Thread
Wasteland 2: Director's Cut Digital Classic Edition (phew!) is gratis over at GOG for the next 48 hours.
Re: The "Fresh Free Game Deals" Thread
Thanks, had been meaning to try it at some point.
Re: The "Fresh Free Game Deals" Thread
Note that the Wasteland 2 thing is a two-for-one deal! Once you've claimed it, go to your account, and look at Wasteland 2 - Director's Cut (you'll also have the regular Wasteland 2, it's the Director's Cut that's of interest). See the "More" drop-down next to "System" and "Language"? Click on it and notice the "Serial Keys" entry. Click on it. You now are given a code for Wasteland 1: The Original Classic, which you can claim or give to a friend. That code expires in 2029.
Re: The "Fresh Free Game Deals" Thread
Huh. Seems the Original Classic keys had run out by the time I checked.

Postal 2 is free on GOG for the next 48 hours.
Postal 1 is free on GOG permanently. Which is nice.
Another Epic thing I missed earlier that's still up for a couple more days is The Escapists.

Re: The "Fresh Free Game Deals" Thread
Postal 2 being free doesn't include the Paradise Lost DLC that was released 12 years after the fact (yes, even after Postal III's release), but if you can find some loose change in the couch it's 90% off. Postal 2 and its DLC get my recommendation.Kinsie wrote:Postal 2 is free on GOG for the next 48 hours.

Epic Store's doing a 12 Days of Freebies thing as part of their Xmas sale. I probably won't cover all of them because I'm lazy, but the first one is Into the Breach.
