The Doom VR thing looks like a cashgrab. The Wolfenstein thing looks alright, but I need to see more before forming a proper opinion.

Yeah, I'm not that much into VR either, but I'm definitely getting psyched for Wolfers! The comments are a little more ...mixed to say the least.

The only real thing I am kinda excited about regarding the VR thing is that it doesn't exactly seem like as sequel but possibly may give us a deeper look into the lore. It took me a while to realize the player was basically a UAC worker, Being gored by a demon and transformed into a robotic entity. Are we one of the possessed? I'm honestly kind of curious, I'd like to see more behind-the-events and whatnot before Doom 4.

Graphically the new Wolfenstein game looks fine, but content wise... well got to be honest that Bethesda lost me with The New Order. I have The Old Blood a try as it felt more in the spirit of the Wolfenstein games that I liked (Return to Castle Wolfenstein and Wolfenstein 2009. I am probably one of the few people who likes that game)
As someone once suggested, it is rather Quentin Tarantino's Wolfenstein rather than Indiana Jones/Hellboy's Wolfenstein (or Wolfenstein 3D Wolfenstein)

Perhaps I will pick it up when it is cheap and I honestly don't have anything else to do, but that is going to take a long time.

That was probably one of the best trailers I've seen for a video game. At least in terms of hooking me in and keeping me interested throughout. Interesting that Doom and Wolfenstein are still not just kicking but really doing good things for the FPS genre.

I certainly hope the new Wolfenstein won't end up like the Mortyr-series. I know, Mortyr was very bad from the start, and almost every single level is a blatant copy of a Return to Castle Wolfenstein-level, but this does not mean that the Wolfenstein-saga won't dilute that much to be in par with Mortyr.

Wolfenstein 2 took me by surprise,i wasnt expecting that one, tough i do hope it will be good at least.

Also it seem that BJ is not only receiving a sequel but he will also be a character in Quake Champions.

No one is interested in a triple A, canonical Commander Keen sequel? :(

Are you shitting me? I'd LOVE to play one! So far, the only sequel is the "Universe is Toast!" trilogy by Ceilick.

BJ looks MUCH better on the package illustration, than in The New Order. But the head of the action figure doesn't really resemble him.

Some footage of the game. The animations a lot more fluid than TNO thanks to the new engine, and the gameplay is quite different too.
