IsoWolf Classic. Episode I

Post by Krlo »

Greetings, i want to show my new project IsoWolf Classic.

It's isometric turn based shooter with the surroundings of the Wolfenstein 3D and classic stages.
The main features of IsoWolf- you can choose one of the four tactics :
-sniper : best accuracy
-trickster : to find secret walls and evade enemy attacks
-berserker : best range damages
-assassin : huge melee damages

Hot keys :
LBM - walking, shooting, picking up items, open doors
'F12' - change language
'C' - center and follow the player
'A' - switch tactics
1, 2, 3, 4 - change weapon
'Space' - skip turn
'M' - turn off the music
'S' - turn off sounds
'+/-' - volume
'Alt+Enter' - full screen

It looks great! How did you manage to do an isometric view in ZDoom?

It's not a ZDoom mod. Download link is an executable. If I had to guess, probably Game Maker or Clickteam Fusion? I didn't click it, but some more technical info like what engine was used and possibly source code (because people are allergic to executables around here) added into the OP would probably help.

You are right, it's game maker studio, and the reason posting here to get feedback, maybe somebody will be interested.

Since this isn't a Doom-engine-related project, I'm afraid it doesn't belong in the Projects section. So it's moved to Off-Topic.

Looks neat. I'll try if I have the time and I'm not flooded with stuff to do.

This brings back memories of the original Escape from Castle Wolfenstein on the old 8-bit Apple (+ the Smurfenstein hack)! Just wanted to comment I am looking forward to it!
