Dysthymia-6 is a Russian Horror Mod, by an Unknown Creator for Serious Sam: the Second Encounter. While possibly Released in 2003. It Has Gained Several Fans and Haters in the Following Years of 2011. Here are Links to Several Sources. Remember, Russian Language Knowledge is Needed for All of these, Except for Number 3.

The one thing people made note of was changing the desktop picture but if a game mod can do that, it can do more, harmful things so I'd urge anyone thinking about trying it to stay clear - and may I say, this seems like it's not worth anyone's time anyway.

I skipped around on a couple of videos that showcased it, just seems like something an 8 year old mapper would make with low lighting and creepy noises all throughout, with some jumpscares and the maliciousness at the end. Why people would be so entranced to discuss the meaning behind it is crazy to me. (ie the loonies in the forum thread trying to tie it in with dante's inferno and so on)

I have to say at the end of video it changes the background of the Virtual Machine twice and it bricked the VM pretty much. Whatever you do, don't download it and play it, no one knows what can happen.
