Did you make sure to update your video drivers? I'm hearing that's a common thread among those who have problems with games in Windows 10.

How do I do that?

It's good practice to uninstall your current graphics driver before attempting to install the new one, though supposedly it's an optional step, I've personally had issues from skipping it.

By the way, Windows may attempt to install its own drivers through windows update EVEN if you have third party drivers already installed. At least that's the case for me on 8.1, and I don't understand why.
