I've been looking for the 9th access code, as well as Dr. Jergensen's notes in the Study Hall, but I can't find them anywhere no matter how hard I try.
Any help?

If I remember correctly, you get the ninth code once you have *READ* Dr. Jergenson's notes. Just collecting them is not enough to get those two objectives credited. Best check your inventory. You most likely already collected them.

How exactly do I check my inventory? If I recall correctly, I only found one of Dr. Jergenson's notes, in the dark storage area where there's a corpse next to a shotgun and a tape recorder...

You got some keys bound to scroll through the notes and read them. If you are unsure which keys to use, these can be set in the custom section of the menu.

I have a question for the SE version of the wad. There's the final boss then once I kill him, a countdown ticks off. I cant open the door in the room, thus trapping me. I can oly noclip out. Is there a legit way fo doing this? Also need to replay to be more help to you.

The door works fine for me. Maybe you'd need to plant the explosives?
