I found. 4 Diablo II battle chests in the electronics department of the Walmart where I work. I have no idea why we still have them, but I am considering getting one.

Re: The New What Did You Last Do Thread
Finished Dark Souls 2 and I feel like having a break before diving into New Game Plus.
Re: The New What Did You Last Do Thread
Reminds me, I need to try to get a copy of Lords of Destruction. I got a copy of D2+LoD from a garage sale, and LoD didn't have a CD key with it. The fact that you can register the key with their site and be able to download it any time probably means I can't get it that way again.zrrion the insect wrote:I found. 4 Diablo II battle chests in the electronics department of the Walmart where I work. Edit: Finished recording NRFTL. Started playing through Base Ganymede to see if it's something I might want to record. So far, I would like to record it, but OH GOOD GOD, that first map! I should finish Heretic, Deimos: Slight Return (I already did Phobos Revisited, it's only proper to do the sequel) and Simplicity episode 2 (I did episode 1, need to finish the pack) before I start another one, though.

I'm coming back to home after a study visit of a day in Rome with my professor of history of architecture... I've got no words to describe it... Seeing pantheon "live" made me seriously think that everything in the entire history of occidental architetture was only a bad copy of what ancient romans had built..

Re: The New What Did You Last Do Thread
so i beat Dual Strike again, this time not loading up on skills during NC, and not grinding my COs during the Oozium mission... and it's still a piece of cake to finish. even in the hardest mission in the game, Crystal Calamity, it loses its edge once you've gone through it before, and know how to deal with the enemy forces. maybe Hard Campaign without any skills will actually be a challenge. :V

Re: The New What Did You Last Do Thread
I think people in history were like that, as it was much harder to just do things over, or keep rebuilding them. Why do that when you can plan it out well enough both mathematically and architecturally that it stays around longer than your people. Besides that, some of them did that as their life's work. Nowadays try finding someone truly suited to their job in a high position and you'll have a much harder time than in roman times.SoloSpaghetti wrote:I'm coming back to home after a study visit of a day in Rome with my professor of history of architecture... Heh, glad to see I'm not the only one. Were you playing Doom by any chance?

i was not. the cooling has always been bad since i assembled the thing, and my room being the hottest one in the entire apartment doesn't really help with that fact. more reason to find a cooler that fits, which i have no idea what to look for.

Re: The New What Did You Last Do Thread
Sounds familiar. I just got my computer a month or two ago and it's not great at cooling either. Same thing with the part about having the warmest room.Viscra Maelstrom wrote:i was not. the cooling has always been bad since i assembled the thing, and my room being the hottest one in the entire apartment doesn't really help with that fact. more reason to find a cooler that fits, which i have no idea what to look for.

Re: The New What Did You Last Do Thread
Finished Mass Effect 2 with all DLCs right now, i lost Mordin and Thane in the Suicide Mission, tough it was pretty easy defeat that Humanoid Reaper with the M920-Cain.
Can't get Samara's daughter attention or find Thane's son.
The incredible thing is, i died more times doing the quests with Hammerhead IV than on-foot quests.
The SR1 Normandy's DLC is a bit contradictory about M35 Mako, Shepard destroy it when use that Mass Relay on Ilos in ME1, then in ME2 this vehicle is intact on SR1 Normandy crash area

Re: The New What Did You Last Do Thread
Walked back from a 7/11 a mile or so away barefoot. Ugh... flipflops are not shoes, and shoes are not bare feet. They look horrible right now, with dead skin all shredded on the bottom. Glad I didn't get blisters though.
Damn... stupid flipflops. The little hard plastic/rubber part in the foam that holds the strap in is what did it. Damn you flipflops, damn you!

Re: The New What Did You Last Do Thread
Hey, feet are supposed to be hard - if your skin gets torn to shreds by a bit of plastic/rubber then they're only doing you a favour in the long run.
