Was carrying the final pieces of wood to the trailer today and my headset gets bumped over to "Legend of Dragoon - Forbidden Land Battle".

I swear that percussion sounds like card shuffling. My fiance said it was likely a washboard but most of them sound way too tinny for the effect I'm hearing.

Judge for yourself:

Not even months. July 21st lol
But hey, SW 2 is 50% off (though still out of my comfort zone right now, considering I'd want to grab it for friends too)
And the classic redux is 80% off which is not too bad, given how terrible the controls are in the non-redux version (and being DOS-based of course, as opposed to a modern release)

Does anyone here have played or used a saxophone before?
Because all my life I always wanted to try the saxophone but I've never got a chance too. I'm just wondering if its hard or easy to play. :?:

I'm not a saxophone player per se but I have tried playing other instruments, I'd imagine it's largely the same across the board meaning the most important thing is to know how music works. With a healthy lung capacity I can't imagine it being too difficult.

Considering grabbing Shadow Warrior 2, though I wonder if the devs have addressed some of the complaints that Totalbiscuit had about it in his WTF is video about bullet spongyness and unsatisfying loot.

Ugh, what's it with me and finding bugs in (G)ZDoom?
Just found yet another regression in the GL2 renderer. :\

I need a new GPU ;-;

the bullet spongyness isn't really prevalent in the game until you move up to the higher difficulty levels. Insanity might be a little sponge-y if you start out on it, but with new game +, it can become much more tolerable. on Hard and lower, the difficulty is perfectly fine, and Normal feels very comfortable on a first playthrough. i doubt they've changed the loot mechanics much, though, and yeah, it's incredibly overwhelming due to how much stuff you suck up.

still, it's a very fun game, i think. i played it for hundreds more hours than i did the new Doom game, since i just thought it was so much more fun to play. just uhh, don't try and get all the achivements and drag the experience out by bumping up to higher levels of Insanity difficulty successively. i burned out bad on the game doing this.
