Sooo... Once I figure out how to reliably convert blender models to MD3 I will make some doors too...


Export to FBX, then use Noesis Model Viwer to import the FBX and export to MD3.

Blender's FBX exporter is crap, i'd advise downloading the IQM scripts and export IQMs instead as that's a better written exporter and serves well as an exchange format for Noesis. It's what I do if I want MD3s that don't suck.


Many of Blender's exporters seem written to satisfy only bare tutorial implementations...

Never had a problem but then again I don't use Blender as much... Noesis reads other formats too, so maybe just use another one that supports animation :)

IQM plugin also isn't updated for 2.8 as far as I know.

The Riddle is not really abstruse nor unintentionally-surreptitious enough! Every single Screenshot of GS1 is unflinching, after all! So does its Sequel.

... My point is, how many old words we can speak up next? :P

The shootable/destroyable EvilEye prop in MetaDoom was causing issues with progression in SIGIL, so I added a little code to replace it with a more traditional version of the prop for maps starting with "E5", fixing the issue.

Then I thought... why stop there...?
