Pretty sure there's a tool to automatically split sprites up from spritesheets, if that makes things any easier.

A DRLA analogue for DoomRL's thermonuclear bomb: The Nuke. One-time use weapon that drops a bomb with a 30-second timer. Once it hits zero, everything within the blast radius gets very very dead, including you.

I'm having a tingly sensation that needs to play this. Any prediction of a release? This looks awesome.

Also, single time use? For a legendary weapon, I think that'd be kind of a waste. Why not 600 cell ammo, with a cooldown that lasts one or two levels?

the thermonuclear bomb was a one-shot item in DoomRL, so why wouldn't it be here, too? also, such a powerful weapon with a cooldown, even if it's very long, is still kind of broken since you can kill everything every few levels or so.

IIRC, one of them spawns in the final episode of the game, obviously intended to kill the Mastermind with. it has a 10 second timer once you activate it, after which it nukes the entire level, including yourself. unless you have a way to turn invincible (which you CAN get, as well) it's not gonna be of too much use there. i dunno if this DRLA Nuke has a map-wide explosion radius, though...

Been on-and-off tinkering with porting "Shut up and Bleed" to Zdoom. I wonder of Chronoteeth would approve of the ammo list on the hud.

Edit: The same screenshot, now fully loaded and functional.

At least they did the job, even though both didn't work completely fine. Spricer often couldn't detect the sprites correctly, and Alferd kept crashing...
