Those CK4 levels really tickle my fancy, I need to sit down and replay the game, but I feel I won't have the patience for the trickier later levels...

Very amazing and retrospective. Feels like Commander Keen in 3D was actually came very first than Doom itself.

But one question: Is the game supposed to look dark and dim? I think the original game was much more brighter.

Some of it is brighter, but there are definitely levels that veer more into being a bit gloomy.

People always seem to forget gzdoom has a completely different A_Explode implementation.
