Started to transform the remaining decorations into 3D models as many are still untouched in Hunter's Moon:

Thanks Gez, i hope this effect doesn't kill FPS when i go mapping the outside area now that i know it costs performance, a portion of it will have that floor yet and judging by the old map that had this same floor all over the external parking lot and it was a nice FPS drop due to that.

Last bits of screens before i release a playable demo.



Now the HUD has a notable change. It was a weapon sprite only, and wasn't so big, but, i really think the "ghost weapon" would annoy players, so i added a Resident Evil styled background, so the player can distinguish it from real pickup sprites. If people REALLY don't like it, i just need to remove the background, as it is not glued in every icon.

Aside from this, there are some other changes on how to handle items, and repair parts are fully functional.

There's nothing bad about the HUD, i think. But the problem i see is it's not close to the corner. Also nice Doomnukem casing and Doom 3 Grenade, btw!

I would make the box with the weapon translucent, with only the white border. It blocks quite a bit of vision if it is fully colored. Might not be such an issue if it was in the left corner, but I'd still prefer it translucent.
Looks good otherwise.

these are cool! also, is the doom 3 grenade a placeholder, and if so, will it be replaced by a Mk.1 or M67 Frag Grenade?

Everything is subject to be replaced, i just would like to keep the aspect of resources due to the linearity of the game sounds and some sprites used.

The more true to it's creators line of ideas, the better.

I think those HUDs and sprites are fine except they're... Again, not close to the corner. Also won't gonna replaced? Including Casings?

EDIT: Oookay, i'm being an uneducated fool again. Now i get it. Please do replace some sprites you personally want to replace, then!

Sorry if i haven't made myself clear Cap, everything can change, i just wanted to keep some small resources for linearty causes. :)

Weapon Photo position was fixed, but i am going to tinker with textures.txt a little more.
