PauseMusicInMenus doesn't unpause music in intermission

[Tested in 4.3.3 and 4.4pre-498-g8c539539d]

The attached MAPINFO file redefines MAP01 from Doom 2 to add the PauseMusicInMenus flag, which pauses the music if you open the menu while in the map. The issue is that if you open and then close the menu while you're at the intermission screen after finishing the map with the flag, the music pauses, but then does not unpause.
