Sound Static in Menu
So i downloaded the lasted version of GZDoom, no matter what mods i use, or just vanilla doom the sound becomes slow and very distorted and grainy. Any help would be appreciated

I'm suspecting that some sound settings got messed up, like buffer size. Could you try temporarily removing your INI file and see if that fixes it?
