There are more decals here now, but the big ones can be rather slow if you do not have a powerful machine and run at too high a resolution. To help speed things up, the decal-related cvars are:
- cl_missiledecals (true|false) - Enables/disables decals left by missiles.
- cl_bloodsplats (true|false) - Enables/disables blood splat decals
- cl_maxdecals (count) - The maximum number of decals to keep in the world at a time.
