Sorry this site is still hideously slow. Here is the 1.23 beta 28 binary for Win32 and the corresponding source code. Nothing for Linux. I woke up early this morning, and now it is late, and I am tired and want to go to bed, so I will try and upload something for Linux in the morning after I've had some sleep.

There are more decals here now, but the big ones can be rather slow if you do not have a powerful machine and run at too high a resolution. To help speed things up, the decal-related cvars are:
  • cl_missiledecals (true|false) - Enables/disables decals left by missiles.
  • cl_bloodsplats (true|false) - Enables/disables blood splat decals
  • cl_maxdecals (count) - The maximum number of decals to keep in the world at a time.
