ZDoom 118test3 is now available. Changes from the previous test are:

• Removed some unnecessary display mode switches. Hopefully people who had trouble running the previous tests even though 1.17c worked fine for them will now be able to run the test.
• PTC logging is now enabled by default. If it crashes, let me see the ptc.log file.
• Most 2D rendering has now been moved into a DCanvas class.
