I don't think DR was saying it's confusing that an offset of one would jump to the next frame. I think he was saying you might be confused at first why you would ever want to actually do that, since you could just as easily leave out the A_Jump and it would proceed to the next frame on its own. Of course, us experienced ZDoomers realize that you might use a 1-frame jump to skip over non-frame commands such as goto, loop, etc, which is exactly what his post was explaining.
