I'm editing it using file-roller, it's just a normal zip file with a different extension. I tried paring it down to only what I liked and right now it's a 114kB zip file with only the DSBAREXP replacement* and your weapon pickup sprites, plus a few other sprite replacements that didn't have any ...

[id]Angel, you do realize that it stops being a "cosmetic mod" when you change things besides cosmetics, like making the game "slightly easier," right? Welp, dunno :p. But i did make some changes to some monsters like restoring the Revenant, Hell Knight and the other Imps to their original size ...

Since this mod aims for realism. This is incorrect. It only goes for sanity-eroding levels of difficulty, it just so happens that realistic play helps to achieve that goal. :P However, one thing to note is that this mod is difficult, but NOT entirely unfair. I just had an idea for this mod. Since this mod aims for realism. How about the ability to only carry 2 or 3 weapons at once (Primary, Secondary, Tertiary) to make the mod much harder and realistic.
