I also heard a HQ water splash sound from Heretic in Kinsie's mods, Reelism and Metadoom. If only Perkristian was still around... If only Per Kristian had been more specific about sourcing, is more like it! I know several are sourced from the General Series 6000 from Sound Ideas , but more exact ...

Check out NiGHTMARE's Doom 1 texture minipack. STONE1..STONE3 and STONE20..STONE27 are all based on the RW28_5..RW28_8 patches.
