Don't know what happened, but now it shows up! :?
Just one question: ZDoom was supporting things like, pressing 3 for shotgun and then appears "shotgun" on the screen?
EDIT: The nametags are triggered using next and previous weapon keys.

Although the menu should be chaging things, it would be worth checking the console. try typing: displaynametags at the console and see what nuber it returns. It should be a number appropriate for what ever value has been set in the menu. Then try: displaynametags 3 to see if that does indeed show ...

Nametags not showing up

I don't know if this is a problem in my computer or whatever, but the nametags do not show up anymore in this new version. Normally, when you set "Both" in the HUD options to "Display Nametags", it should make them appear (like, when you change weapons). If not a bug, then sorry for bothering.

Updated strings added in 4271 . Unfortunately, the modified character graphics are taller than the standard Doom font, so I can't include them. Too bad, the graphics are taller because of Ã,ã,Å,å and such, the default size would make this "almost" impossible to do, or the result would be uns ...

Someone needs to draw the font characters. Support itself exists. Of course it wouldn't help much with mods using custom fonts. For newly created dialogs this can be done by placing '$text_in_resourcefile' into the dialog. For the original game dialogs - sorry, it can't be done.
