I added the extra railguns too, the sword's attack radius is way bigger (I tried it in Nuts and it just plows through everything lol)

Looks badass! A bit of shame the video does not demonstrate how projectile deflection works.
I also personally feel like the sword's attack range could've been bigger, so that you could take down up to 4 or 5 enemies at the same time.

Finally, a piece of attention for id Software's underappreciated gem!
Hopefully we get v1.1 and maybe even other Catacombs games ported (or maybe even more Catacombs-based mods).

Also, I'd like to report a bug. Even with the sv_infinite_ammo set into 1, using the rifle's alternate fire, where it sometimes does fire, still consumes its ammo.
