They probably would've given him stock alien sounds, like the ones you hear in X-COM.

That would be fine, if there were a way to disable everything except the Heretic weapons and Doom monsters.

What about Heretic weapons?

In fact, how about something like Heretic in Doom? Heretic weapons and Heretic artifacts in Doom levels with Doom monsters. That would be an interesting twist.

Does that mean the Shuffle will be updated yet again? Bit of a pain since there's no patch and it has to be downloaded in full every time, and there's a lot to download.

Maybe I should wait a month again...

Did you fix the Cheshire Cacodemon by removing it? Because I just played a whole game of Doom 2 without seeing one. What makes the Cheshire Cacodemon hang ZDoom, anyway? Sometimes, I see it open its mouth to attack and then time stops forever. It has weird powers, but I'm sure ruining my game isn't ...

I have no idea how you pulled that off, even with leaving that same building for last. The mega pain elemental just overwhelms me too much.

It and the defense map are the only ones I haven't finished yet, but the latter might be because I'm too stubborn to turn off autoaim.
