Is there a way to modify the code so the player attacks in the direction the player sprite is facing, at least with melee weapons like the fist? The player attacks always forward. Be kind of cool if the player could attack in the direction the sprite is facing.

If anyone is interested I solved this by extracting DBIGFONT.fon2 from Jimmyfonts StatusReportBigFont.pk3 found here https://forum.zdoom.org/viewtopic.php?t=33409 and renamed it SMALLFNT.fon2. Then I just placed it a wad and viola! Now I can read intermission text. I'm playing GZDoom on a 4.3 ...

For variety you could also have a script that randomly sets the scale of monsters, so some are short and some are tall. I think you could also randomly set the width as well.
