Well hello there! I have been using Gzdoom for a while now, played it on several computers. On windows Vista, Windows 8.1. Never had any problems I recently changed my computer. And the OS i use is Windows 10 (64 Bits). When i tried to launch Gzdoom with or without mods, the fps were stuck to 30-35 ...
