I have this in my gzdoom.ini: LeftArrow=+left RightArrow=+right Noteably there's no bind there, maybe that makes a difference? Idk... But yeah, right and left arrow do not turn me, at least not audibly. I don't know if they're doing anything visibly since I'm blind. -Michael. Edit: those bindings ...

Anyone have any idea on this? I can get, for example, numpad 3=+right work fine, but RightArrow just stubbornly won't work.

[solved] RightArrow=+right doesn't work anymore

Hiya,

I set my arrow keys to turn me left and right with

Code: Select all

RightArrow=+right
LeftArrow=+left
And it used to work fine, but on my version (4.11.0) they do nothing when pressed. Any idea what could be going on?

I actually found a mod that was posted on this forum in 2021 called keyshare universal that does this very thing. I tried sharing is caring, but it was modified things too forcefully, so if I loaded it before the toby doom mod it had no affect, and if I loaded it after, the toby mod lost some ...

Thanks. The toby doom mod seems to crash with itemrespawn turned on, I'll contact him about that.

Hiya,

The question is just what it says. Is there a way to make all players get a key when one of them picks it up, or otherwise make keys stay behind after being picked up? I tried sharing is caring, but it crashes on latest gzdoom...

@alando1 Any update on this? Feel free to take your time, I'm just super excited to try out deathmatch haha. I'd take a partially completed pack to test if you had something like that :P.

make weapons/ammo respawn in coop/deathmatch?

Hiya,

Is it possible to pass a flag to gzdoom to make ammo or weapons to respawn, in coop and deathmatch? I've been trying to play some coop on the toby doom levels with my friends, and the problem we've had is we'll end up running out of ammo and become stuck.

Thanks so much for replying! 10 levels would more than fine. I mainly just want to play with deathmatch to see what's it all like, so I don't need a ton of maps. Again thanks so much for the offer, I would love some accessible deathmatch maps! :-)

The main way we are able to play doom is using custom maps made by the mod's creator, with mostly flat maps, no lifts, no drop offs, etc. I'm wondering if anyone can find/recommend a deathmatch map pack with flat maps that I and my other ...
