We're working on it. Should be back up tonight.

Re: Voxels?
I don't have much time to make this post so I'll keep it brief. Despite what I may think about Graf's methods of presenting his point (let's say it leaves much to be desired), in this case he is right. In fact, I'd argue that randy is right. Let's face it, there hasn't been a lot of movement in the ...

Re: Problems accessing the SVN
I have replaced viewvc with websvn as it's much better. Details of (for example the zdoom repo) are at http://mancubus.net/svn/zdoom I set up MultiViews for websvn and in an attempt to beautify /svn/hosted/reponame while not breaking svn clients, I seem to have failed. Alas, xss is the best option ...

Re: MancuNET go boom, will be fixed within 48-72 hours
Most everything is back to normal. Email is not set up yet but that is a separate process. All accounts should be restored, passwords are the same, all subversion repositories are restored and websites are restored. Please note: things may still be a little intermittent as I stop/restart different ...

Re: MancuNET go boom, will be fixed within 48-72 hours
I hadn't spotted that you had reported this here so I mirrored your Doomworld post over at the DRD forum. Anyway, thanks for the heads-up and for keeping us informed. I'm glad that it seems to be getting resolved quickly. The more locations it's at, the better. So thanks! Yeah they're great for ...

Re: MancuNET go boom, will be fixed within 48-72 hours
All drives are in, fresh /dev/sda, backup /dev/sdb and fartknocker brokendrive on /dev/sdc. Will be doing software rebuild over the course of the afternoon/evening starting in a few hours. Most if not all services will be restored in the next 12-24 hours. Thank you everyone for your continued ...

Re: MancuNET go boom, will be fixed within 48-72 hours
Attempting to do mysqldump does not fully dump before throwing itself into read-only mode (from warm boot). I've backed up the actual database files and dirs themselves, which should restore fine. I used the packaged version (lenny) of mysql 5 and I will be reinstalling the same version most likely ...

Re: MancuNET go boom, will be fixed within 48-72 hours
The drive is being replaced during a 4 hour window of 8pm-11:59pm CDT (so starting within about 5 hours). Starting tomorrow I will be going through the process of setting back up all the crap. Thankfully I got this thing with a spare drive in it I was not yet using, so I partitioned, formatted and ...

MancuNET go boom, will be fixed within 48-72 hours
Primary hard disk failure on MancuNET. They're going to replace it within 24 hours, but things may be unavailable for the next few days as I will have to go through and set everything up again. Thankfully there's no charge for this (except for my time and frustration) and ServerBeach are quick and ...

MancuNET Upgrading
I have decided to go back into dedicated managed hosting, and as such I have set up a new server with serverbeach. The setup and migration process has begun, and I will have everything complete within 1 week from today. There will be an up to 48 hour downtime window from the 9-11th in order to ...

Re: It's Time for...
There is now a link for international orders on the website . It's only a few bucks more to cover shipping. Err... I don't have Paypal and I am absolutely not interested in signing up to it :( Then too bad I guess? That is something you'll need to talk about with Scuba - I didn't set this up and it ...

Re: Selling custom IWADs?
I suspect that, technically, it doesn't actually make a legal difference (ie it may still be illegal) but, as far as I can tell, the version that you have to pay for has extra content but any content that is "questionable" (in this context) is freely available as part of the free download and from ...

Re: It's Time for...
WTF it's already done? BTW are you even allowed to sell Doom WADs, regardless of whether they contain 100% replaced graphics or not? I don't see why not. People sell zips and exe's and cabs and ins and etc and etc. And lest we not forget all the wads that came on retail discs? And yes it's done ...
