That's not a bug, that's due to the view-height of the player being higher than the usual doom player that matches closer to where the eyes of the marine would be, but the shoot-height remaining the same. I think this wad has a bug about where the shots are fired from, it is causing tons of weird behaviors like hitscan shots hitting the walls below enemies center, rockets going lower than intented. I think there is a bug on the first training npc, he says that he can train up to 13 of a attribute, but I was able to reach 15 str through him.

I feel that due to the combat resource starvation I spent most of the early parts of the game on a loop going to the priest guy near Cain to heal and then back to combat trying to use a Sword with 5 Str because I can't spend mana thoughtlessly. I used changemap and fly,noclip,god because I couldn't find the ring of kings so I was changing levels and using items command to see the items on the map.

I was having troubles finding the ring of kings, it's on the forge level where you use black iron lump to make a key I think

On that level there is a stairs that is camouflaged because of the wall color, if you climb it you can find the ring of kings. Kinda hard to see.
