I have a found a bug with card "X may haunt players on death". I got this with Revenants and Slug Sidegrade. The ghost revenant when dead may spawn gibs.

I think I can provide a hint about pulling values from MAPINFO. There exists LevelInfo struct which is populated by MAPINFO data.
