Re: Console full screen
If you just start the program (exe) and press the console key when the title screen in shown, you will get a fullscreen console. If you are already playing a game, you'll need to end it first (just the game/map, not the whole program), so you'll be brought back to the title screen where you can ...

Re: [SPRITES] Spriting Carnival!!
[...] Anyway, I was using pix2pix to do this, but it seems I'd be better off at getting a hold of the framework used for this model and training on that. I've just figured out how to batch-resize stuff using the xBRZ rescaler (the Scaler Test tool by zenju). I think this might improve things a bit ...

Re: What do you think of the Call of Duty series?
Some dollar-games sell very well without any marketing whatsoever because people buy them not just for themselves but also as gifts for their friends who otherwise might not have bought them. This is something to consider as well.

That mid-size spider looks mean. I like it. Does it fire three plasma balls at once, or what does it do?EndHack wrote:I was looking at the thing i posted and it just looks like a spidermaster mind with different eyes and more guns so here are all the spiders

Re: Please enable High Quality Resize Mode for HD content
According to that logic, there should be no HD support at all if Graf's PC cannot handle it. Yet, there is.

Re: Please enable High Quality Resize Mode for HD content
Yes, but that doesn't work for hi-res content, only low-res. You can verify this (without having to load any add-ons) by setting the value to 64; imps, zombies, and anything that isn't taller and/or wider than 64 pixels should still become resized. Now go to the outside area in map 01 and summon a ...

Please enable High Quality Resize Mode for HD content
From what I've grasped, HQ resizing of HD content is disabled although possible in GZDoom, so I would ask you to enable High Quality Resize Mode for sprites, textures, and items, respectively.

Re: (HELP) Textures override folder names
The PK3 cannot be larger than 2 GB. I thought you knew that...? Unless this limit gets removed, you won't be able to put everything into one file. But you can try to convert those textures that have no transparency to JPEG to save a lot of space and RAM. I use IrfanView and a 70% setting for that ...

Re: [SPRITES] Spriting Carnival!!
So, I took the monster sprites from the Neural Upscale 2x v0.95 pack , loaded them into Topaz A.I. Gigapixel, and upscaled them another 4x. This is what it looks like (JPEG, 1920x1080, 150KB~300KB per file): Zombies look a bit funny. Shotgun guy: https://imgur.com/7hu8Fye You can see some jagging ...

Re: (HELP) Textures override folder names
I mean to do that inside a PK3 archive, not a normal FS folder. It totally works for me. EDIT: It also works with Plutonia and TNT. Re: (HELP) Textures override folder names
I'm sorry, I made a mistake. You need to copy the actual texture files, not the 'textures' folder, into the hires subfolder. That way it will work.

Re: High Quality Resize Mode and hires content
Ah, so that's what you mean. But what I mean is to just enable the user to manually set HQRM without any automatic detection whatsoever. So the user has to decide whether something is 'HD enough' or not. I thought that this possibility already existed and I somehow wasn't able to find the hidden ...

Re: High Quality Resize Mode and hires content
Well, it would be nice to have that possibility then. You only need to change one setting since all the code is already there, right?
