This version works with CC 6.3a.

Brutal Doom is not supposed to work with other gameplay mods. However, Sarge made Ketchup for this reason. Or you can use Bolognese, which is an updated version of Ketchup. Or you can use Nashgore.

Unlike older versions this one will always prefer the system's user folder and place the INI in Documents/My Games/GZDoom if no INI is found. Why not <user folder>/Saved Games/GZDoom instead? I've looked into the hungarian translation. I'm almost sure it was made by several people. For example the episode names are actually translated properly from the bible. On the otherhand the tnt story was either made with google translate or someone with a brain tumor. Also it's kinda inconsistent ...
