Sometimes, if a secret sector is very small or badly positioned, it can be difficult for the player to trigger it and so the player might just pass right over it without triggering the effect. Second to last room as in the one where you pick up the rocket launcher. The problem with it there is just the quantity of the fireblu, the fact that it's the entire wall just seems off putting to me.
