Just tested and the spawning in Level Master is working with the latest versions of GZDoom and Hideous Destructor. Try grabbing the latest versions of each and running them without anything else.
If that doesn't work then idk what's up since I can't reproduce the issue.

I have a new fun issue for you: In e1m4 you can either play the map as normal to get to e1m5 or you can turn around and hit the switch at the other end of the tram which, for some reason, has the end level trigger.

Invictius, this link is to the source code but you don't need to compile it before running the game. Just download the source code zip and add that to your load order and you're good to go.
