I love Doom 3, it holds a lot of great memories for me and I found it very scary. But that's probably because it was one of the first games I've played, at the age of 9, long before I played the classic Doom games. :)

Maybe if I played it today for the first time, it wouldn't've seemed so great to ...

And here in Russia the news say that the Ukrainian ships illegally crossed the border and that this was a deliberate act of provocation...

I don't know who's right, but it seems impossible for Russia and Ukraine to just get along. I just hope this won't lead to large scale conflict.

It's called "fume hood".

I searched for the word 'capela' in Wiktionary (https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/capela#Portuguese) and one of the definitions was the fume hood.

Wow, I've just realized that the majority of English words (at least in RP accent) have stress on the first syllable, even many loanwords. I've never noticed that before. This really makes things easier. My native Russian has stresses all over the place.

Many learners of English have problems with pronouncing 'th' sounds. I speak English very well, but still often fail to pronounce 'th' as in 'think', ending up pronouncing it as 'f'.

"To the rescue" is correct, "at the rescue" is not; leodoom made a mistake.

Using "shall", especially with "you" is old-fashioned, mind you. But if you're intentionally going for that, it's OK. :)

"Shall" and "will" indeed have the same meaning. The only small difference is that "shall" is used only with 'I' and 'we'.

Edit: so, yes, both "I will" and "I shall" are correct.
