Re: The Unofficial "Now That's What I Call MIDI" Expansion
Thanks, I'll see about including some Iced Earth whenever I do the next expansion for this project, but I haven't had much luck hunting down any Volbeat tracks. Also, it's probably going to be quite some time again between this expansion and the next since I had to do some pretty serious digging to ...

Re: The Unofficial "Now That's What I Call MIDI" Expansion
Haven't posted here in awhile. Finally got around to doing a third unofficial expansion for this project. It was a bit of a hassle, but I think it was worth the effort, since I've now managed to push the amount of songs on here by another 150, pushing the total to 800. As is tradition, the artists ...

Re: [RESOURCE] Enchanter's Emporium
I don't really have much to say here other than the fact that this is some fantastic spritework. The Doom 64 style weapons are what really caught my attention, as there really isn't a whole lot of Doom 64 based stuff floating around it seems, at least from what little digging I've done. It makes me ...

Re: The Unofficial "Now That's What I Call MIDI" Expansion
New Update featuring 151 new songs, pushing the pack to a total of 650 songs. I've been meaning to get around to releasing this update, since I had it floating around for a decent amount of time but just kept putting it off. To those once again wondering what's new, here is once again a list of all ...

The Unofficial "Now That's What I Call MIDI" Expansion
As many people who have been frequenting this forum for awhile probably already know, TerminusEst13 released Demonsteele some time ago, a gameplay mod that was designed as a love letter to both anime and metal. He also released a companion mod called Now That's What I Call MIDI, which featured MIDI ...

Re: [Release] The Trailblazer - 1.4, Welcome to Explodistan
Minor thoughts/criticism/issue report dump: I just beat the entirety of the Overkill version of Maps of Chaos with Colorful Hell and this new update (pretty damn fast, I know. I enjoy the enhanced movement a bit too much.), and it was a hell of a lot of fun. The new blueprints are great additions ...

Re: [WIP]Colourful Hell 0.87 taken under
At the risk of sounding like a broken record, I also have to agree that nerfing the black/white tier encounters probably isn't a great idea, seeing as they're meant to be the single greatest threat to your existence and require you to really play a bit wiser than fighting some of the lower-tier mobs ...

Re: Unofficial Add-ons for D4D [0.3v] <-NEW
Any new sprite for the tech-Mancubi? I may be jumping the gun a bit here, but on this note, do you think we'll end up seeing a full Doom 4 sprite replacer? From the looks of things, you've already made some great progress on some of the others mobs, so it would be great if you went all the way and ...

Re: Unofficial Add-ons for D4D
I'm really glad that someone decided to do a proper Doom 4 imp and that a new skin for the pinky is currently in the works. D4D as a whole looks pretty good, but I really do think that the decision to use the Doom 64 monster sprites wasn't really a great choice. It's not so much that they look bad ...

Re: [WIP] Magitek Doom
Everything I've seen so far is looking pretty good, but there are few things I feel are worth talking about. The main thing worth bringing up right now is that some of the visual elements really need some cleaning up, and what I mean by this is the sprite work and the HUD. There aren't actually that ...

Re: [Release] The Trailblazer - 1.3, out now or something
So what still needs to be done before the 1.4 update is considered ready to launch? From the looks of what we've seen in the trailer, it seems that all of the new features have been thoroughly polished and are pretty much ready to be pushed out the door, so I was just wondering if there were still a ...

Re: MetaDoom - v1.1 "Slayer" - Thank You For The Hotfix (p41
Developer Repo on Github Go here to recoil in horror at my coding, file bugs and/or help me out! This may be a bit off-topic, but is good looking code actually a thing? I have pretty much no experience with coding myself, but everyone I've even spoken to with any sort of coding experience tends to ...

Re: MetaDoom - v1.0 "Slayer" - Thank You For The Demon (p38)
Shifting away from the technical issues for now, what exactly is next on the priorities list? I imagine there's still plenty of weapons and enemies that are in development as we speak, so I was curious as to if you're planning on trying to implement any specific weapons or features ASAP. From what I ...

Re: [Release] The Trailblazer - 1.3, out now or something
Also, just curious.... What map set are you playing on? He's playing The Ultimate Doom II in that video. Haven't played it myself, but I've kept close tabs on it and it's looking pretty good so far. Anything that improves the base Doom II maps is cool in my book. Also, going off topic a bit, and ...

Re: [Release] The Trailblazer - 1.3, out now or something
What I'm wondering about is the fact that powerups can be stored for later use. Is this going to be something that can be done from the beginning, or is this an ability that you have to earn? This has some pretty massive potential for slaughter maps or mods that add boss-tier enemies, so if the ...
