Great idea.
Allowing people to be more comfortable with how they play games in GZDoom is an admirable goal, and this could also open the way to some less-hacky multi-character mods, too.

No, forums generally don't have a delete function available to normal users. As a side note, it's generally seen as invasive to try and ping a mod author somewhere outside the forum about something. I didn't bother packaging b3 yet, I'm working on an auto package system - until then, you can just download and zip the source folder normally, or just run with it on the command line like any other loose-file mod. As to the plasma bolts getting stuck in barrels... I've never seen anything like that ...
