it's fine, I appreciate you taking the time to look into the issue I was having ^^. I just ended noclipping through that area, skipped the fight altogether. I still got CTD'd when the message I talked about earlier popped up twice though. and yeah all I've left is hoping future updates fare better ...

I keep getting random crashes on and off... I assume something in the map doesn't like getting killed/resurrected lol. I'm forced to keep a finger on the quicksave button every other kill, to avoid having to trudge through large portions of a map again because the game is really unstable. playing ...

updating to 18.10.1 did the trick! never have I been so happy to see the two zombiemen at the start of MAP01.

or have been this trigger happy.

so I noticed some incongruities while meandering about the super shotgun and plasma gun decorate files. turns out the SSG was falling a couple tics shorter in its firing state compared to its vanilla counterpart (58 vs 62), and in the case of the plasma gun, the 'cooldown' animation was almost 4 ...

it's all done as I go mainly c:

I pretty much only have to make sure frames are offset properly, other than that it's a simple of matter of tic editing. not hard at all to do really, just kinda tedious
